最近，新加坡一名网红豪送 Rolex 手表给业绩达标的员工作为奖励，在网络引起热议。
这名新国网红名为「马一朵」，当网红的同时还经营了一家室内设计公司。不久前，为了奖励在 2023 年取得年度业绩的 7 名员工，他还为每人送上一只名牌手表。
只见视频中，他带着员工们到 Rolex 门店，让他们亲自挑选自己喜欢的款式。
他还表示，在这个时代里，如果你是一个把所有利润都独吞的老板，你永远不会走得长远。

7 名员工的手表总值高达 15 万新元（约马币 52 万令吉）！
最后他还强调，对于他们这样的中小型企业来说，这并非小数目，但他却坚信应该分享利润并奖励员工们，以表彰他们一年来对工作的付出和奉献。
