Moretify follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analysing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Like any other website, Moretify uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimise the users' experience by customising our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.

What Data We Keep
Moretify stores data about users when creating an account. We store the name and e-mail and subsequent recycling item for each user in order to create a login account, which is stored on our secure servers.
How can data be deleted
A user of Moretify, can delete the user account upon request (via email to firstname.lastname@example.org). This data is deleted from the system immediately and cannot be recovered by any users or Moretify's employees after this point. Data which has been deleted or otherwise destroyed can not be recovered at any time. Sufficient warning is given to the administrator before data are permanently deleted.
Data may still remain in the system's back-up files, which will be deleted periodically.
